At Harcourts - The Property People we have introduced an online form for our tenants to lodge repairs with the click of a button! Simply fill out the below form and your designated Property Manager will be in contact with you.
If the repair is of an urgent matter and requires immediate attention (eg. no hot water or electricity), please contact our office on (02) 4628 7444 to ensure that the issue is attended to as soon as possible. Any non-urgent repairs are required to be reported in writing via the below Repair Request Form or email.
If an urgent repair requires attention after hours, please find below a list of our emergency contact details which are also noted on your Residential Tenancy Agreement that was provided to you at the time of signing.

If the property you are currently renting has experienced damage such as flooding due to extreme weather please contact the State Emergency Service on 132 500 for immediate assistance. Also be sure to advise your Property Manager in the meantime of the damage so that the property owner can be advised and appropriate repairs can be arranged as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, damage caused by events such as thunderstorms (eg. damaged roof) may not be able to be actioned immediately but the State Emergency Service will be able to provide you with a temporary solution until the required repairs can be carried out.
